RETURNS
Woodbridge Collections gladly accepts returns within 30 days from the time your order shipped. Items must be unused and in new condition with all original tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Returns that are sent back to WoodbridgeCollections.com will be eligible for a refund to your original method of payment. All shipping charges are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All sales are final on sale merchandise.
RETURN POLICY
To return items, you must include your original sales receipt. We suggest that you send items back to WoodbridgeCollections.com using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us. Return items are to be sent to the following address:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $6.95 through USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your provided e-mail address with a tracking number for your shipment. Packages can be tracked online at http://www.usps.com/. Please contact Woodbridge Collections for shipping fee if going to Alaska or Hawaii. At this time we only ship within the United States.
Woodbridge Collections is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered (due to incorrect address), or packages that are damaged or destroyed.
DAMAGES
All complaints of damage must we emailed to contact@woodbridgecollections.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. The original packaging must also be saved. While we are not responsible for damages we will help you file a claim with UPS.
